1. Overview

1.1 The ZoodleByte.sbs website, including any subdomains and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), is owned and managed by ZoodleByte Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1.2 Through legally binding agreements with The Lottery Corporation Limited (TLC) and several registered charities (“Charity Affiliates”), we facilitate the sale and management of lottery entries in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations for any individual using the Platform or registering as a member (“you”, “your”, or “user”).

2. Purpose of These Terms

2.1 This agreement governs:

(a) The registration process and approval of a ZoodleByte membership;

(b) The maintenance and use of your ZoodleByte account, including balances from deposits and winnings;

(c) The purchase and processing of lottery tickets through the Platform;

(d) Any other engagement you have with our services or support teams.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 You must ensure that participation in online lottery draws is legally permitted in your location. By applying for membership, you confirm that such participation is lawful in your jurisdiction, and that all submitted information is true and accurate.

3.2 This declaration is a mandatory condition of membership. Without it, your application will not be accepted.

3.3 Only individuals aged 18 years or older (or above the legal age required in their location) may register or engage in lottery purchases through ZoodleByte.

3.4 The following persons are not permitted to create an account:

(a) Employees, consultants, or contractors of ZoodleByte Australia Pty Ltd or its parent company;
(b) Immediate family members living at the same address as the above-mentioned individuals;
(c) Users with existing accounts attempting to create duplicate memberships;
(d) Residents of jurisdictions identified as Restricted Locations by ZoodleByte.

4. Definitions and Interpretations

4.1 For clarity in these Terms:

(a) Headings are provided for convenience only;
(b) “You” refers to any current or prospective ZoodleByte user;
(c) Singular words include the plural form and vice versa;
(d) Any reference to laws or legislation refers to the most current version;
(e) Use of the word “includes” does not limit the meaning;
(f) All monetary amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Account: Your registered user profile with ZoodleByte, accessed through login credentials on our website or mobile app.
ACNC: The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, governing registered charity partners.
AutoPlay: A recurring ticket purchase arrangement initiated by the user until canceled.
Charity Lottery: A lottery conducted on behalf of a charitable partner.
Customer Support: The ZoodleByte help team, contactable at 1300 188 911 or via email at [email protected].
Digital Channels: The ZoodleByte.sbs site, subdomains, and applications where services are provided.
Identity Checks: Verification steps required to confirm your name, age, and place of residence before allowing prize payouts.
Jumbo Group: Jumbo Interactive Limited (ABN 66 009 189 128) and its associated companies.
Lottery Product: Any entry or ticket to a lottery game available on ZoodleByte.
Member: A user who has successfully registered and been accepted on the Platform.
Purchase: A completed transaction involving the selection and payment for a lottery ticket.
Restricted Locations: Jurisdictions from which participation in ZoodleByte lotteries is prohibited.
Subscription: An ongoing purchase or payment setup for a selected service or draw.
TLC Lottery Product: Lottery entries sourced from The Lottery Corporation Limited, including NSW Lotteries, Tatts, and SA Lotteries.
Ticket: A validated entry to a lottery draw, either purchased manually or through AutoPlay.
Verification Procedures: Our legal and compliance checks, including sanction screening and identity confirmation for major prize winners.
